I was expecting a unit that had a lot more pressure and it has only three settings, spray, spray and spray. There is no variation in the fl2 of the water stream.

Bought product with zero expectations. Ordered a three pack of shower heads and 6 pack of filters. I ordered the three pack of heads as I was hoping two of the three would work. I was right. One of the heads leaked from the on off switch from the get go. The other two fit fine in my hoses, didn’t leak. The “pressure” is not so much more than what I had but due to the design the spray comes out of smaller holes and has the feel of stinging and feels like more pressure but pressure comes from the main pipe of the home so how the water comes out of the shower head is what feels different. Anyway, i doubt the filters will do much. That said, I had no issues with my order , received what I ordered in 8 days and as I said zero expectations. I’ll continue to use them to see if they have any effect on my skin, I doubt it. It’s too bad they don’t put a little bit more quality in to the product, probably be a home run if they did. For me, money aside, was worth a shot. My expectations were low so I can’t say I’m disappointed. The obvious money maker here for them is the hopes of the Filter repurchase or subscription. I doubt they will last because the product is pretty cheaply made and I doubt the shower head will outlast the filters. So that’s my take. For what it’s worth.

I wish I could upload pictures to show the difference. I hv super hard water and I think this helps some but in ads, it shows powerful pressure of water but it depends on your pressure settings at your home, not from shower head. Filter did turn brown but with the hard water, I thought it would be darker. Anyway, I just changed filter and btw, I bought 3 shower heads, refill filters which I recommend buying refills same time you order the shower head.

Shower stream is too narrow, our shower has Moen valve that controls water temperature and if you use your shower head close to the body, water gets very hot and conversely it gets cooler when off your body. Like the shower stream, but doesn't cover the body like others. Good job of marketing by your company.

Ordered an Ion drops shower head ,UNBELIEVABLY GREAT SHOWER ....However AFTER i paid for it i was directed to another page to order replacement filters (about $25 a year )and a proprietary plumbing fitting and hose for $50 !,none of this is presented until AFTER you pay for the shower head the hose can be had on ebay for $6.00 the fitting is kind of nessecary as the shower head will only work on a severe tilt on a standard shower fitting ,$45 for the fitting is a total rip off ,a standard fitting is about $12 anywhere ,the unit will work with a standard fitting but you have to turn it on and off while holding it and then place it in the fitting due to the poor fit and centrifugal force of the water ............but it is a nice shower head

My neighbor gave me one and it had a crack in the back of the handle and sprayed all over the place. I thought it looked like a piece of junk. It didn't fit my shower head connector but it did fit the handheld shower connector. I returned it to my neighbor and he gave me another. So far it fits and I like the on off switch, which my other handheld does not have. I don't have great water pressure to begin with, and this helps and somewhat improves it. I have no idea where to get these filters, so once that one goes, I'm out of luck. I'd say, if you can find a similar one in a store, buy it. The box didn't come with any extra filters and there was no order form to order future ones. I don't know what to make of this product but I kept my old hand held in case this one goes defective.
