Hard to say at the moment as we’ve only been using the shower for a week. I like the extra pressure it gives us so fingers crossed the rest will follow! The filters could be restricting for us to go forward as they are quite expensive!

I wouldn’t say the experience is great,but I will acknowledge it has great pressure with the valves being turn on minimal,thus lowering water usage, That’s the best feature and being able to shut water off at shower head. You have three settings to choose from at shower head. One is a fine mist.the next isn’t a thicker water bead, and third a thin bead that feels like tiny needles,very uncomfortable.For me I like high pressured but like a thicker beed

Pleased to report it’s not a scam. My showerhead arrived after around two weeks, which to NZ is pretty darn good! The Drivse iondrops showerhead is so far so good. I’ll admit I only just used it for the first time. It seems really well made and top quality. It has three settings for water flow, plus an on off switch. I imagine it feels a lot like the rainfall showers. I also found the rubber probes around the shower head to give a good massage of my sore shoulders and back using my handheld set up. I felt so refreshed and relaxed afterwards. I have no idea if that was the intention, there were no instructions included with the showerhead apart from a couple on the box it came in. I haven’t filtered my shower water for a long time. Ran out of filters and as I got them online from overseas it was too hard and expensive to replace. I actually just found some locally for one of my filters though. My skin feels so soft and soothed now too after using the showerhead. And I feel refreshed. It worked. I took a star off because I think it’s very expensive, the most expensive shower head I’ve ever bought at a bit over NZ$70, I think I bought two that came close, but in contrast for that price they came with everything: a hose, vitamin C filters, and plumbing tape. This is only for the showerhead and a single filter. No mounting kit for the wall like it implied in the ad, that’s US$50 extra! I didn’t need this, but if you do, maybe don’t buy their wall mounting kit and shop at a plumbing store instead. I’ve read so many reviews saying it needed extra parts to wall mount anyway. Or maybe you already have the parts if it’s not for a new build. Easy to install on my handheld setup anyway, just screwed onto the hose. I resisted all efforts to buy filters, it asked repeatedly if I was sure and kept downsizing the filter pack every time I said no. Said am I sure I don’t want filtered water. Completely failed to mention it comes with one filter inside. Replacing the filter once a month seems excessive, most similar filters last about 3 months. But at least it has a window on the side so you can see when it’s actually dirty. They seemed way too expensive anyway, and I’m on a budget but I do have sensitive skin and don’t want chlorine or heavy metals. My skin has always been better with a shower filter. I googled today and what I found shocked me. I can buy them off a local website for NZ$20 for 10 filters. That’s NZ$2 each, and on Ali Express they’re even cheaper, I think NZ$7 for a pack of ten. I forget what Drivse offered me, but I remember baulking at the price of even a 3-pack of filters, so I’m thinking they were very expensive. On the Drivse website I see they want to charge a whopping NZ$216 (US$125) for 12 filters, NZ$18 each! It’s NZ$68 (US$39) on sale to buy a single filter, An absolutely massive NZ$86.50 (US$50) at full price for ONE filter. More than the showerhead itself cost. No wonder they offer free worldwide shipping. Definitely don’t buy the filters from them. They want you to make a snap decision, that’s how they get you. Filter doesn’t even look that impressive. I fail to see what’s costing even $18 to make it. Looks maybe $1 worth of plastic and cotton at most.

I gave it a 4 because of the stinging affect on the skin. The product was very well thought out, easy installation. Within 2 uses, I can feel the difference on my skin. Great product. Thank you

I have tried the product now for over a month and the first filter needed to be changed due to all the dirt it has accumulated already. The pressure is good and I understand it helps blood circulation. Yet, I must also say, as others, that the water does not give me the same "heat" effect on my body as with my normal shower head. Yet that is a point I can accept for knowing that the water is filtered so well and all that has stayed in the filter is now not on my head, in my hair and body.

Well it did take a while to get to me. 3 weeks. However, it is just as described! The shower pressure is amazing and my skin doesn't feel dry and itchy after my showers. I wasn't sure because the box was squished when it arrived but this shower head was worth the money! Thank u Drivse. I've had it about a month and the filter works amazing!!! It already has black spots that it filtered out of my water! Gross!! I love it!

I am giving a 2 rating, but only because I did actually receive the shower head and I do really like it. The problem is I purchased the additional holder package and the holder does not fit the shower head. They have not responded to numerous contact forms and/or emails I have sent. I see a review mentioned they called, I am going to find that number some how, some way...Wish me luck! UPDATE 4/18: I received a response to my support ticket. I had the "cord" attached backwards and it now fits in my holder. I couldn't be more happy. They mentioned they have had internal issues with responding to tickets. I now give my review 4 stars. It really is a great shower head! I love it to wash my dog and the feel on my skin is powerful but doesn't feel too much.
