It broke
Second time ordering. First time the shower head broke within the year- we used it broken for quite a while since water still came out of the head until we replaced it giving it one more chance- this last time it broke in about a month before even getting through one filter. It cracked in a few spots and got stuck the mist mode, would not switch modes, but even on regular mode the pressure wasn’t great at all and we were not enjoying using it. This is my honest review I’m sorry it’s not a great one.

Waste
Shower head decreased the pressure. Didn't see that much improvement over skin condition from anyone in the family. They want to charge the coat of a new shower head for a single filter each month. Great idea but a waste

I keep getting a 60 dollar charge for 2…
I keep getting a 60 dollar charge for 2 filters every month and I didn't even authorize it. I am not under any kind of a subscription either.

Drivse shower heads were advertised as…
Drivse shower heads were advertised as great but not so great. I bought two simultaneously. Within one month cracks formed and it failed leaked badly. Co sent one replacement. It also failed within same period cracks in handle and leaked sprayed all over. The filters are poor. Do very little and pricey with expectations of replacement every month. I purchased a better one made of steel Home Depot, filter lasts six months same price. Save your money. Avoid this one. After this posted, they responded with a generic bot "we're here to help" response. But they'd already told me on a personal email sorry no more help. No partial refund or partial anything. Rediculous.

Please stop contacting me. I've requested you to stop several times. I'm getting numerous messages to order stuff and I'm not happy. Please do not contact me again and don't send any more damn filters.

Deceptive Subscription and Inability to Cancel
I purchased a showerhead from DRIVSE and was unknowingly enrolled in a recurring subscription for filters. When I attempted to cancel, the “manage subscription” page on their website does not work and redirects to an error (“oops”) page, making cancellation impossible. Despite contacting customer service, they refused to issue a proper refund and instead offered only partial store credit or required me to ship items back to China at my own expense, including restocking fees. This is a deceptive business practice. There is no reasonable way to cancel, and customers continue to be charged. I have filed disputes with my bank and complaints with consumer protection agencies.
