I loved the shower head but once I changed the filter a hair line crack appeared . Then water was coming out very fast. Never got to use it again Need a new one. I will send the broke one back.

I made the mistake of unscrewing one of the 2 shower heads I bought. I wanted to see how the filter fit into the handle. Now I cannot get the filter down far enough to put the handle back. How in the world am I supposed to put in new filters once a month when I can't get this one back in!!!!!

Love the water. I'm in a high Ca area. Filter improves the water quality. It literally feels better. The shower head gets a thumb down. Give me an inline filter and I'll pick a head I like.

Water pressure was not improved as described in advertisement. It is fine as a replacement shower head but otherwise, I was disappointed I'm sorry to say. Thanks.

The head is too small and it doesn’t have near the pressure I thought it would

The shower is fine except it sprays out in different directions. Don’t ask me how but it doesn’t just spray down. They come flying out of different areas.

We have had it 3 days. Trying to give it a week long trial. Not sure we will last that long. This review is worthless. It is clear you don't want to read it. You email it to me, now you ask for my email. I will not go on any other site4228

Well now that I have it set the right way it’s still so tall & spraying the ceiling! I wish I could point it down more!
