Installed the first one ok. Installed the second one the coil was split no good gotta go buy a other one. The 3 Rd one has yet to be installed.

Honestly I've only had two days of use from my shower heads because I had to wait for my son to travel down and put them up for me. But during those two days I have felt a big difference in my skin after showering. My skin feels smooth or softer and somehow cleaner. I do like that the company had several choices to choose from when ordering and I chose the buy to get one free and I got all the added things that come with it like filters. There's only two things I wish were different and that is I would have liked a longer hose because I'm short and I have a longer shower stall. The other thing is that there's only three settings on the shower head and I wish there were more because two of the three feel basically the same. I am worried about all the negative reviews. One person said their shower head only had two settings mine had three but then another lady said she had a massage setting which sounds wonderful but mine doesn't even have that. So I don't know what the deal is and everybody getting something different because I didn't see where you had a choice.

We love the shower head. Great product. What could improve is shipping for the extension hose and holder took longer to receive than the shower head.

Item was slow in getting here but it finally arrived. It would have been better if item had not already been attached to a hose at one time the threads were a tad worn, it works ok, and no simple instructions, only what is on the box. It would be nice if there was an order form for filters...dwc

I love this product! I love the shower head and the pressure is absolutely amazing! I would like to continue to use these products. Concern I have is the reoccurring subscription and automatic renewal of an order for replacement filters that is quite difficult to figure out how to cancel. I have sent emails to the support contact information provided. I would like to continue using this product and purchase items when I need them instead of them having automatically renewed.

Only tiny thing is its a bit louder than my old one but honestly the pressure is way better. My curls dry nicer and my scalp feels less irritated. Worth the tiny noise for me.

I sort of received it timely. I was told it was on the way one day, and the next day that it was delayed. And then received it about five days later. Overall receipt of the item was good. I received it yesterday and installed it last night. The first thing I did was fill a pitcher of water for my cat's water dish. So far, the dishes seem to remain scum free. I took a shower this morning and it was more comfortable. By the end of the day I am usually itching all over and that IS NOT HAPPENING! HOORAY! I really like the stop feature on the shower head. The ordering process was tricky. I ordered "buy 3 get 3 free" of the filters but was charged for the "buy 6 get 6 free" offer. Notified them of the problem. They made a note of it, only sent the "buy 3 get 3" but did NOT get credit back the difference in the price. That is the worst of my problem.
