Well it would be nice if you informed the customer that they MUST purchase the hose and holder to actually use the shower. Folks, this isn’t an option it is a requirement. Or even better yet include it in the price. So until the hose and holder bought separately arrives. You’re lucky to receive 3 stars.

I like the shower head. The water does feel different coming out. That’s the one thing I love is a great shower head. Although I don’t like the fact I got it on sale and go back to check my account and yall trying to charge me $100 plus dollars. It’s bad enough I was charged an extra $36 dollars. I take care of a disable Veteran and the one thing that I’ve enjoy is a nice shower to relax. So for this I will sending it back.

The main reason why I rated it 3 stars is because I'm very disappointed with the fact that it only has 2 settings. I don't understand why it doesn't at least have 2 more spray settings, that would make all the difference in the world and my rating would improve by at least a 4. I also don't understand why it doesn't come with its own hose and mounting bracket. That just might make my rating a 5.

I only wanted to cancel shipment protection. I got an email telling me that the ion drops was canceled. That's not what I wanted canceled only cancel the shipment protection. Can you please help me? Thank you

Still waiting for the shower head

I like the spray patterns but the head is leaking around the flow control valve on the handle, even though it is brand new.

Website difficult to navigate….bounces around with special offers and then scams you into signing up for auto filter shipments at $15 dollars a filter that in my case only last maybe 6 showers!
