This company keeps sending me more filters, even though I have repeatedly requested they stop. I opted for a one-time charge when I ordered the Iondrops, now suddenly they are implementing recurring charges. Be careful! They will send you more filters and charge your account!

the water felt softer that was a plus but i thought there was 3 settings and it only has two. another issue I expected the hose to come with it for the price I paid. show me very disappointed to know you have to pay for the hose kit making it more than it is worth. I can buy in store for half the cost with hose kit included. then first shower I had to fully tear our my faucet due to back pressure destroying the faucet. so this has been an expensive thing that did not work as advertised. to be a useful review... buyer beware it is sold in each component making the cost very expensive for what you get.

This was a great product at first, then the water pressure went down. I finally changed the filter two weeks early finding that it had collapsed. The shower head is back to good performance.

The showers Looks great. I have looked for ways to contact you. I ordered the shower but with no installation materials I.e. mounting hose or bar and holder to put it on the wall. Can I just order those pieces or should I just send the shower back and start over. Please advise

They are great but have had to buy 3 of them because the first 2 broke so am getting another 1 if this 1 dose the same as the other 2 has done i will nit be buying anything else so I hope that this one works. And am still waiting on number 3 to come in.

Well, I have not seen anything that great about it. It seem to work well, but I do not need anymore filters. I have more than enough. I also do not know how often I need to change the filters.

No enclosed instructions or warranty. Why? I didn't know what the black button and turning dial were. Why not sell a holder for the product that would suction to the shower wall. Why give this business to Amazon or another company? The filters don't look professional. Do some research on making them look better. Even the box seems flimsy. I have only used this twice and can't really see a difference yet. I'm hoping this will make a difference. Box also
