I have not received my showerhead yet, so I cannot review the product. But I communicated with the support team many times over the last two days and can review them. They are awesome! They were kind and thoughtful, replying to my emails within minutes. The support team and I came up with a solution in one day of kind, respectful conversation.. They are a great team.
