Great communication by support team. They get 5 stars. I’m not sure about the shower heads yet. They were just installed a few days ago, so I don’t know about the skin benefits yet. This is the reason (mild itch all the time) that I bought the heads. One of the heads sends out crooked streams from the tiny holes. They go off in a wonky direction, but I can live with this for now. There are two settings for the stream. One gives plenty of hot water, the other not. So, I give 4 stars to the shower heads so far. I hope to be more satisfied as I use them.

It's a nice shower head. I like the handy water flow stop button. I also like that it has 3 water flow settings. I have glass shower doors and they are no longer streaked when I squeegee them. My hair seems to rinse better. I wish it came with extra filters.

Rod wrote me that due to my circumstances I explained to him he was sending me a shower head and filters and extended warranty free of cost. That was in October of 2025?

Great water pressure, water doesn't feel heavy anymore. If that makes any sense. So far I'm loving out.

Showers are not the best but not the worst!!!!

I've only had and used the Drivse shower head for a few days, but after my first use I felt a significant difference in how much cleaner my skin felt. Each subsequent use yielded the same result. My 4-star rating reflects my limited use over just a few days, but I expect that rating to max out with continued usage.

The pressure is phenomenal. Too early to tell about skin and hair but I've been using the turbo shower for a couple years now so I look forward to increased health in skin and hair. The only thing that is a reservation for me is : On the turbo shower I can adjust the water to less than maximum, which has been nice. *I do appreciate the different settings. For now, I don't fully turn on the valve which helps me to not feel like I'm using a firehose. Keep up the good work Drivse.

The shower head has good pressure.
