I don't love the increase in my water bill. There should be a setting on the flow adjustment dial for lower pressure. Also, the subscription for extra filters was slipped in without my consent. Too expensive.

unable to use the faucet filters because attachment fittings does not fit, have moen faucets .

I like the spray of the water so I don't hate it, but I'm pretty disappointed that what the video showed as a strong 'massage' setting actually wasn't near what it looked like. It feels good, but it doesn't work out the muscle. The other downfall for us is that we don't have a very long shower and the shower head handle is so long that we can't adjust it to be able to step out from under it to lather up. So all-in-all it's a good product, but it just isn't as powerful as it looks. I actually bought 2 because of how the video depicted it.

The shower heads are great and seem to be working fine but the customer service could use some remedial training!!!!!

The shower is fine, just wonderful, actually! The problem is that the major expense--the replacement filters I ordered at the same time--haven't shown up yet. I am hoping they are not far behind, as I would really like to have all the items I have already paid for. Thank you.

I am unable to attach your shower head to my shower neck coming out of the wall. I either need a coupler that can screw into the male ends ot your shower head and the male end of the stob coming out of the wall, or a return merchandise authorization to return your shower heads. A response to my evaluations would also be appreciated. Have a blessed day.

The shower head works great, but they only sent the shower head and no connecting hose with it. I only ordered 4 replacement filters but they sent 6 more and charged my credit card for it when I never requested them. The product is great.

The method of purchasing items does not provide a final view before charging card. I ended up with multiple charges without my final consent. Had to stop payments, not okay.
