Had to leave a one star to be able to comment.

I only left a one star because that's the only way to get the comment box to open. They offer you the shower head at a very attractive price but they fail to mention that it does not include the hose. It also does not mention the need to purchase the filters both of which take the purchase from being in the $30's to close to $200. When it arrived it was cheaply made. The attachment to the shower pipe is cheap plastic and leakes. We literally took the crome coding off the plastic trying to tighten it to get it to stop leaking. After installation on the third time using it the shower head broke off of the hose attachment. Both ends cheap plastic. Upon reaching our and advising the company they would not offer a refund or a replacement hose. I tried to return the shower head and they refused. In the filter order it was confusing on purpose and I ended up receiving 12 filters. I tried to return unopened and they wouldn't take back. After the nightmare a few weeks later I get another filter in the mail. When I called yo ask why they said I signed up for automatic delivery of filters. More deception, im sure it was in rhe fine print. They billed my account close to $40 dollars for it. They mentioned I had 30 days to return that ONE but mentioned the other 12 could net be returned. Bad cheap product, terrible customer service. Not worth the money or the time. Another company does mention a cheap copy version of their product being on the market, this must be that cheap copy version. Govern yourself accordingly.

This was a real waste of my money and I…
This was a real waste of my money and I would really appreciate it if you guys could stop sending me the filters because I thought this came with a complete. It had no hose to go with it. It’s just a shower here and probably my fault because I probably didn’t read the small print but again I wish I could send it back.

Not impressed at all
Not impressed at all. Got 2 shower heads , no hose etc that was advertised. $159.95 taken out of account not the $89.95 that was quoted. No paperwork in box

Hello, missing item
Hello. I cannot use it yet because there is no hose with the shower head. At purchase there was a note that the hose is included. Also your site is not user friendly because the customer cannot figure out what was bought and the price of each item should be attached to the items. Buying experience is a mess!

My plumber says it is a nice idea but…
My plumber says it is a nice idea but incompatible with all the new plumbing and hardwware in my new bathrooms. Would cost thousands to redo. No response from Drivse to my requests to return items and be reimbursed. UPDATE: Now that is past 30 days they refused a rerfund!!

THIS COMPANY IS CRAP.
I have sent 3 emails to drivers March 18 with pictures March 24, March 30 with NO REPLY and to trustpilot. I'm tired of the crap I am receiving. I want my money back ALL $256.63. I'M not using something that may be damaged. I only give this company a 1 star because it is the lowest one. In my opinion it isn't even worth that. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND I WILL SENT EVERYTHING BACK JUST LIKE IT CAME TO ME DAMAGE AND ALL.

Do not buy - tons of fake reviews
Shower head was definitely less powerful than my current, home depot purchased Moen shower head; filters are $60 for two small filters. Tried to return one of the heads and there was a restocking fee, shipping fee to China. Month later got charged for filters, again, for a head I didn't use and was told, via robot chat, that I didn't cancel my subscription. Well, that's me trying to return a product that I didn't like. Then when my second batch of filters arrived, and charged $60, I was offered a $12 refund just to keep them and not return, otherwise, paying shipping back to China AND restocking fee. Do not buy, these "positive reviews and photos" of all the smiling people are fake. Don't normally leave poor reviews but this is a scam.
