This ended up being one of those small upgrades that makes everyday life a bit nicer. Nothing flashy, just a better shower experience.

I am very pleased with this company. I'm 73 years old, and I ordered too much. And they helped me adjust my order and sent me a free hose. I will order from them again.

The spray feels strong but not aggressive which I really appreciate. My old one felt like needles hitting my shoulders honestly. This one spreads the water better so it just feels smoother on the skin. Showering is way more comfortable now.

Customer Service is great. Anthony G. was great, very prompt, very informative! Shower does what it is supposed to do as we just upgraded to the 2.0. Filters are extremely expensive which is a huge drawback. The push after the click to buy but before paying is also obnoxious. Nonetheless, has been a good product for us.

Your input about the filters and checkout process is very valuable, and we appreciate you highlighting both the positives and areas for improvement 🌟.
