So far it has so much better water pressure have used a couple times and everything they clame seams true

when i bought the shower wand i also signed up for automatic refills which i didn’t realize. i was able to get it cancelled by writing to customer service. i would like to have been able to log into my account and see that i was signed up for the auto refills and been able to cancell them myself.

I ordered 1 shower and connecting hose. Easy to order, don't fall for all the add on's unless you want to pay a lot for something you might not need. Shipping was pretty quick. I am not happy that I had to order the hose, but I had a shower head attached to the pipe, so it was necessary. I think it was $40 for this piece. Assembly is very simple. The shower has multiple settings, in my opinion most of them are very strong. I have a very small, compact shower, I have to have the shower head sideways. It's also convenient it can be shut off at the head and is hand holdable. In a nutshell: Pros: Easy to install Multiple shower streams Shut off on shower head Can be hand held or in holder Cons: Add on's when ordering are annoying The flow of water isn't really adjustable - it really blasts out of the shower - which is nice unless you don't want to lose your eyelashes lol

The water pressure is strong. there are some sprayholes that send water in a different direction, which is a bit annoying

The shower head is great but it's an adjustment adapting to the hand held shower in a small shower stall.

very happy with the pressure and easy installation however the shower head is heavy and doesn't stay up all the time even after tightening the bracket

It took many weeks to arrive. We like the shower head, but we ha e to change the filter every week or two or it just dribbles. Crazy!

The shower is great but how and where do I get replacement filters? I saw one place online that I could buy 3 filters for $75 each. That is absurd!!!
