A little disappointing! If I’m spending that kind of money I would expect to get a shower head with different, more powerful, pressure settings. It’s more like a rain shower head that’s hand held.

I ordered and received 3 shower heads. They work as advertised, but one has a pin hole in the filter housing allowing water to squirt out the side. I have been trying to get the company to communicate with me about this defect, but I can get no response. I guess they are a sell and forget outfit.

Shipping is slow, no instructions included with item to tell what it should do or change water flow

The aesthetics of the unit is great and the pressure coming out of the shower is fantastic, even if the faucet was turned down. However, the price is on the high side. Had to buy the hose and the adapter. The material looks like it will easily break. Its plastic! And we feel that if that drops just once, it will break. The hose looks sturdy, but the adapter isn't. Also, we could've used a wrench tool (other suppliers give this easily with the unit) to install plus a plumber's tape.

Install was very easy. Water pressure out of nozzle is great. Switching to different spray patterns is smooth. Only negative is the attachment to hold wand. It does not screw on firmly and during second or third use came apart and sprayed water all over my bathroom. I bought one from Home Depot that locks tighter and is more secure.

It is not much powerful and all rubber made. The shower is little longer then i expected.

The shower head is nice, but the filters are absolutely ridiculously high in price, I always promised a refund of $59 in less than 10 days and it is now 12 days going on 13 and I still have not received a response from them or my refund at all, so I would suggest going to Amazon and looking for something similar that doesn't cost so much money because the filters were $119 which is absolutely nuts for 12 of them. So I'm not going to buy them again unless I get my refund and they lower the price.

I received the hand held nozzle. Am I suppose to get the hose? Is there any more on my order I am suppose to receive?
