DrivseReviews of drivse.com

Every part of the shower head has failed except for the nozzle itself. Although it does spray off center and has several sprayers that are spraying outside the cone. Luckily, I thought, I bought two and thought I could scavenge parts from one to fix the other. I have run out of viable parts. Poorly made product. Would love a refund.

Cause I couldn’t go lower than 1. Tried to cancel 30 seconds after purchase because I didn’t know it was a reoccurring monthly charge for filters. Worst experience ever Don’t recommend !!

I ordered three shower heads and hoses. I opened one and installed in my shower... Tried it for a few days and I hated the lack of pressure, had trouble getting all shampoo out of my hair etc. I took it out and returned my old shower head. It also didnt have all rhe setting I wanted.i immediately contacted the company as it was well within my 30day trial or refund. The company said keep it and we will give you a 50% credit to buy from us.i said I dont want to buy anything from you. I asked for return address they refused to supply it. I spend over 320.00 then they charged me 120. Again and I called they said for extra filters... three tiny filters arrived in the mail and they wont allow me to return anything. China company worst ever to deal with!!! I am out $440.00 and I have three shower heads ( 2 unopened) and all these filters now that I dont know what to do with.. angry doesn't even begin to describe me.

I am currently in a dispute on PayPal with your company. I feel your ad is deceptive as to the subscription. I had already purchased extra filters with my initial order. Then with no warning 28 days later I am charged $59.98 for 2 filters. I consider this highway robbery! I have been in constant contact with your company ever since and have received no satisfaction. I do not understand why I need to send these to China in order to receive a refund. And in addition I am told you will retain 10% of that refund for a handling fee. It is far too costly to ship to China as I am sure you are aware. Your online ad says you would happily give a full refund in 90 if not completely satisfied. I am not satisfied. I am only asking for a refund of of my $59.98 for these overpriced filters that I had no idea I was getting.

Customer BEWARE. If you're going to purchase this product do so through Amazon and NOT directly from DRIVSE. I mistakenly purchased directly from Drivse and they charged me not only for what I ordered ($39.99 showerhead) but then an additional $110+ for a filter subscription which I did NOT sign up for. I caught this charge at my bank and had it Stopped. Here's the kicker... I contacted Drivse and they played stupid about the charge saying they didn't do it and didn't see a charge. A couple days later I go to my bank acct and there's the charge being processed AGAIN! I call my bank, and they tell me Drivse has now submitted the same charge under a DIFFERENT NAME - DRIVSE FX! My bank has Again STOPPED PYMNT on this charge and said it WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO HAPPEN AGAIN. These types of co's should be put OUT OF BUSINESS. UPDATE 4/21: I checked my bank account this morning and they did it AGAIN. They changed their name and charged it AGAIN. This is the THIRD time I have stopped payment. This time I have gone a step further. I Highly recommend to AVOID doing business with this company. UPDATE TO THEIR REPLY: I had already contacted DRIVSE regarding this issue and they denied the charge. In my opinion and experience it is way beyond this and I have no desire in dealing with this company any further based upon what they did. Their reply is simply a smoke screen trying to make them appear as if they are an ethical merchant when they are NOT.

in my opinion, BUYER BEWARE OF SUBSCRIPTION Somehow...even though i opted out of the filters, there is a recurring charge that is somehow hitting my paypal account....believe me i haven't found how to make sure that is cancelled and I HAVE TRIED SEARCHING.

Never arrived and you charge me for Filters every month which I dis not ask and also Never arrived. Please Return all the Money indebtly charged. Regards, Walter

The Shower Head came with no Holder. It won't fit on any market holders. It is useless
