It seems I should have done my homework with this products, they didn't fit my showers and faucets. Customer service wanted me to mail the product back but it was out of the country.(Italy) It is not worth it!!!

Th pressure is great but it puts off an ear splitting squel that I find annoying but I guess I will have to live with it

After waiting with such anticipation, I’m sorry to report I’m a bit disappointed. There certainly is not 200% increase in water flow/pressure .and I think that disappoints me the most.Actually it’s not powerful at all! I was surprised that it is plastic, but it seems to be well made. I’m reserving judgement on the claim that it will improve hair and skin.

I like the product. However 2 of the 3 shower heads I received are defective. I’ve sent 3 messages requesting replacement and have not received any reply.

Given your ads showing the incredible water pressure increase and the resulting spray, which was the only reason I bought this item, I was a little disappointed. It was good but I was expecting more. Too soon to see if I experience positive changes to my skin or hair. I was also expecting the hardware to change to handheld showerhead from wall mount to be included for the $59.00 price. Again, the reason I thought that was due to some of your ads that pictured the hardware included.

I need to returned your product please send me a returned label , what I received is just the shower head no hose or fitting to install the shower head

Buyers be aware. I purchased a shower head with a 1 year supply of filters. A few weeks later I received an additional 1 year supply of filters and was charged $119.00 which I wasn't expecting. Being a senior citizen I needed that money and emailed customer service numerous times for return and refund and never received a response. There was no other way to contact them. I am very unhappy with their customers service.

The pressure is very hight to the point that mist hurts the skin
