Very happy with the product. Super easy to install (although my plumber did it for me 😉 and now wants one for himself). Exactly as advertised. And the customer service, if necessary, is fast, friendly, helpful and efficient! 👍👍

Hi Carolyn, using it to help with dry winter hair and then feeling your hair smoother and easier to manage after a few weeks is exactly the result we aim for. A quick tip: swap the filter when the water starts to feel a bit harder again—that’s the clearest sign it’s time. Enjoy every shower

I bought this product last year. It broke today and the customer service team were WONDERFUL! They weren't able to send me a replacement but they did give me a percentage off. I also made a mistake on my order and they fixed it right away. They didn't complete my order until I verified everything . I'm a happy customer for life!!

Hi Patricia, Thank you for sharing your experience. It’s great to hear the team was able to support you quickly and resolve both the order mistake and the discount after your product broke — that kind of service matters. We’ll make sure your feedback is noted so future improvements continue.
