Though it does seem to soften water a little I see no major changes in hair or skin. Don’t like that it is spraying water outside curtain and getting floor wet daily. Needs a curve in unit so it can be adjusted. Will not buy again for that reason.

Nice shower head, but needing to buy filters every month. For a shower head that gets used one to two showers a year to every other year.

I love the shower head. Especially the increase in pressure and the two spray settings. However I ordered extra filters and hose with the shower head. I have not received either one yet. I have emailed you about this and have not received an answer. Please help me with this as I will need to replace the filter soon.

Well to start with your advertisement does not specify that you will need to buy multiple pieces in order for this to work the way you present the ad-very disappointing☹️and apparently I received a defective shower head because it doesn’t actually do 3 settings only 2.

Your company sent TOO MANY shower heads AND filters. I ordered 2 you sent 4 AND I DON'T WANT THE EXTRA FILTERS.

I like that it is a strong spray and I'm anxious to see how it stops impurities and helps my hair and skin. I don't like that it doesn't angle towards your body at all. Also, the only time I will be able to use it is either if I want to hold it rather than have it spray on me independently - I like to have that choice. And also the only time I'll be able to use it is if I want to wash my hair. If I want to just take a quick shower and wash my body it doesn't angle towards my body at all, it only angles down onto your head, and I didn't realize this. It's pretty inconvenient. When I do wash my hair I will see how healthy my hair begins to be. I only wash my hair once or twice a week.
