This was my worst experience ever. I purchased 2 showerheads without knowing that you would keep sending filters monthly for a ridiculously high price. And it was extremely difficult to get through to you. I was originally told that a return receipt would be sent to me and then 4-5 emails said that I had to pay for the return or receive 50% back. I finally gave up on telling about my first email and requested the 50% back. I received an email within minutes utes that I had half the money as store credit. I will NEVER purchase from you again and will share with everyone to not purchase from you.

Give a accual price that includes the hose So ridiculous I'm very disappointed I bought 3 shower heads I am unable to actually use . Unfortunately the hose costs more then the product itself Sign Michelle Wilson

I received shower heads Never received any ion drops The ordering steps online lock you in and it keeps trying to add more quantities than I select. It feels a lot like fraud when the checkout process plays games with you like that. My date of experience has dragged out for a few months

I ordered and received my 2 Ion Showerheads. Thank you. However a month later I received two filter replacements which I never asked for or ordered and charged as much as the showerheads were. I’m guessing that you have cleverly buried a clause in the terms and conditions (which I try to read as thoroughly as possible) that I agreed to receiving monthly filter replacements. On 4/8/26 I emailed my complaint and cancellation of refills to you and asked for a response that I never got. The shower head is great but your sneaky tactics and no response sucks!

Absolute rip off. Not worth the money. Can buy on Temu for $10. Be careful of the automatic repurchase that they scam you for. They will not give your money back.

Shower head is ok. I have had better ones. I did not sign up for filters but you still charge me for them and they are very expensive. I went on web site to cancel only to have it say oops something went wrong only on that part of website. Im not happy about this and am about to cancel my card just to stop future payments. Very disappointed.
