Good design, unfortunately no fix of water pressure (max plus 20%). The processing of the swivel nozzles is not really good. Effects of cleaned water not seen so far.

The pressure is not as described. I wish it came eith a hose and a shower arm to hold it. I had to go buy a cheep shower head for parts.

The Shower head works wonderful. However, When I purchased it, I also purchased 6 cartridges so I could truly get a feel of what's its like. well, I didn't realized until a few months later that I was being charged 39.99 per month for cartridges. Mind you, they did send me a cartridge each month they charged me for. But I don't need them. There is no phone number to cancel. So, that's my problem with them. I need them to stop charging me for something I didn't ask for. I am unsure

I liked the water pressure coming out of the shower I didn't like the cost of the filters, they are too expensive, didn't like the shower head getting clogged really quick The cost in general of all items are expensive

We do not care for it, seems to flimsy as far as it being plastic, the hardest speed is too misty by the time it hits you, it's fine if hand held.

Besides taking a very long time it received the shower novel with out any hose. I wrote you about that. So as of now I'd like instructions to return the Nozel It's such a slow process . Also I didn't know I need to buy a hose separately Very unpleasant situation
