The look of the shower head is fancy and unique. However, the mount does not give much flexibility to lower it down. So it sends water to the far end of the tub and away from the person.

So far I am enjoying the product but it’s only a week. The only concern is the angle of the shower head when it’s in the fixed position. I have a square shower that the angle of the shower head is extended to the back wall and no way to adjust it down toward the floor. I may get use to it and I really like using it as a hand held. This wouldn’t be a problem with a long shower like in a tub but is a little awkward in a short shower.

Customer Service - My first Drivse shower head had faulty parts. After sending in my complaint, I eventually received a replacement. All has been working quite well, and my skin and hair feel much smoother and cleaner. The water pressure has increased tremendously.

Good water pressure. My skin, especially my scalp, feels cleaner less itchy. My hair is shiny. Only problem I had was the water came out so hard it blew my shower curtain open! But I’ve adjusted the angle of the spray and all better now.

Not the company as much as it is the part the shower head holes are very small and this causes it to be very misty when I get in the shower and it feels cold for a second untill I get directly under the water. All good though I can handle it.plus one of the handle settings doesn't work properly
