I bought 2shower head in February they work great but both stated having problems like one of them leaks from the handheld and the other one doesn't have the pressure like the first one did so I'm having problems and was wondering what your warranty was on these shower heads I've heard back from them and there warranty is a taillight warranty only 30 days for what they charge they should be a year if you ask me there nice but have a very short warranty period if it's going to go bad it'll be after 30 days and your screwed and they won't help not good customer service 😉

The added video was rather long, if the system works you wont need to push for the extra sales. (The filters are the real sales proze.)
Response from DrivseAug 4, 2026
Hi J., I understand the added video felt too long and that the filters are what really matter — thanks for pointing that out, and you can find them directly here: drivse.com/filters.

The first unit I received developed a tiny crack in the handle which they replaced. The second unit is just as hard to change the filter as the first… ie… takes every bit of hand strength I have to stop a leak squirting out a tiny stream of water at the intersection of the top barrel and the filter barrel. ( this is the same problem the first unit had too and probably explains the crack). I talked to the factory and they said the improved model has a better gasket and should not leak. I purchased it but have not installed it yet ( will probably install it next time I change the filter if it’s really hard to keep it from squirting). In the end I really like this shower head as it drastically improves the water pressure!

Hi Tim, I understand how frustrating it’s been dealing with leaks and the effort needed to tighten the unit, and I appreciate you pointing out the gasket issue. It’s good to know the factory has already improved the model with a better gasket, and I hope the replacement resolves things once installed. I’m glad the shower head still managed to improve your water pressure in the meantime — thank you for sharing your experience. Please reach out to our support team, and we'll be happy to assist you in resolving this issue. 🤝 You can contact us here: [email protected] 📩

The water doesn't have the pressure you showed. The difference types of sprays, aren't wat was shown. Plus side, like how my skin and hair feel. Really helping my skin, lose it's dryness. My hair shines again, and manages much better.

It's impossible to speak directly with a representative. I have purchased 5 shower heads. One does not work properly. The return process is too difficult to deal with.

We love the water pressure and the hand held shower head. My disappointment is ordering replacement filters that cost so much$40 a filter and thats only for 30 days. I wish the filter lasted longer or cheaper than the current rate it is at right now. I ordered 3 filters and then I will discontinue using it. I cant bring myself to purchase more filters at that rate. I am going to try another product whose filter is replaced every 3 months and costs $33 a filter. Thank you for my last 3 months to use the shower head that has good water pressure too.
