We’ll review your case right away and aim to provide a clear resolution within 24 hours.

The shower head is made very cheaply. The filters are expensive and don't work very well. The showerhead does not drain all all the water. When it's shut off, so the metal plate rusts and clogs the water holes. Also a lot of sediment seems to get past these filters.
Response from DrivseJul 16, 2026

Purchased a Drivse showerhead. It worked great no issues with the pressure or the way it’s supposed to operate. But after eight months of replacing the filter every month the housing cracked. The response from support was we can’t help you. We will give you a 20% discount on a new one, yet online I can get a 50% discount. I assume every 8 months I will have to buy a new one. That’s terrible customer service and very poor quality.
Response from DrivseJun 30, 2026
Hi Mike, I’m sorry to hear about the cracked housing after months of regular filter changes — that’s understandably frustrating. The response you received from support doesn’t reflect the standard we aim to uphold. Please reach out again at [email protected] with your order number and we'll arrange a proper solution for you. You’ll receive a response within 24 hours. I’ve also shared your feedback with our product and support teams, since both durability and service consistency are critical for us to improve. Thank you!
