I do love the shower head, however I don't care much for the way the filter collapses and blocks the water after about the 3rd shower. I have to take the shower head off and remove the filter in order for it not to collapse. Could someone respond to me and let me know if I'm doing something incorrect?

I dont know yet. But 3 family members did not like it! I told them to give it time. For it to make a difference it will take a little time.

Installation was a breeze, but I was expecting a lot more pressure behind the spray - and honestly, I'm surprised that there are only two actual spray settings, both very gentle; they could only barely rinse my hair (which reaches below my shoulder blades). The third setting produces nothing more than a mist - and it's so fine that by the time it reaches me, it's already chilled to room temperature! The shut-off button is a nice touch and occassionally useful.

The shower heads work as advertised, but the filters need to be changed pretty frequently. That's not unexpected because we have hard water. The problem is the filters are expensive ---- that's where they get you. Plus, if you have a larger walk in shower, the spray is fairly limited, leaving you cold when you're not directly under the spray.

The handheld shower works great. It has great pressure and it really gets the shampoo, conditioner and soap off you when showering. I would have liked it to have something to hold the shower head so I don't have to try and lather up and hold the shower at the same time.

You need to hook that fits around the main valve so that you don’t kink the supply hose. Sturdy plastic S hook would be very welcome as an accessory and not very expensive. Also provide more obvious access to filters. I am on well water, which is prefiltered and therefore wonder if once a month is really necessary when I am the only one using it. BTW You just charged my credit card a week and a half after they arrived at my house? That is bizarre. Now I have to check my records to see if I paid twice. B of A marks your charge as fraudulent.
