Questionable material construction
I purchased the new shower heads for 2 bathrooms in my home in November 2024. Assembly was simple and straightforward. Unfortunately 6 months in, the shower attachment (purchased as an add-on) started to leak in the most frequently used bathroom. It only leaked when the shower was turned on because in moving or adjusting the shower head made the entire shower attachment loosen. The attachment device which separates from the faucet at one end and the hose at the other did not have well designed coupling - so it only turned one way. After regularly tightening the nut to prevent leaking, the nut cracked, starting an unmanageable leak from the hose and would no longer support being attached to the shower head. I notified Drivse about the issue and was directed to purchase another unit at a 50% discount. I purchased a shower attachment from Home Depot for $11 so that I could continue to use my shower which I assure you was not 50% of the value of an entire new unit. Why would I buy a whole new unit for an $11 part to replace a cheaply made nut on a cheaply constructed attachment device. Not acceptable. The shower head is decent but steer clear of the shower attachment as an add-on. Just get it from your local hardware or DIY store.
