So i've read many of the reviews both good and bad. i will say i've had many of the same issues, from being put on a subscription for filters that i DID NOT sign up for, to the hoses etc being ordered separately, to a hose that burst after a short time, to a leaking shower head after only about 6 months (i have 2-so far so good with the other one). But i have to give credit where credit is due. customer service has been pretty amazing, willing to work with every situation that has come up, from replacing the burst hose to cancelling the filter subscription, to the leaky shower head being replaced for the 2.0 at the same discounted price (as it was out of warranty). SOOO, will i keep with it long term-time will tell. but so far in spite of the problems i really can't complain as customer service has always been so responsive and accommodating, and willing to resolve each issue to my satisfaction. AND-I have to say, i do love the shower heads! the water feels very soft on my body, almost silky. I was skeptical but i am a believer.

I thought was very professional and i have a house with well water and sometimes got brown so i got a new water filter system installed and i charge the filters often. But new shower head and filters will be very good for my hair and skin
