Tried to cancel as exchange rate killed the price. They shipped so fast that it was too late to cancel. Arrived but really is cheap Chinese crap. Buy from Temu much cheaper if you want Chinese rubbish.

Loved the cleaner water. Changing the filter for first time: piece snapped off and it is no longer usable. Fairly flimsy construction. Company refused to do anything.

The handle that you hold it with has a split and I can't use it anymore because it shoots water everywhere. I have only used it 2 times

I do not recommend this drivse shower head to anyone. The water pressure is a bit much as it feels like rain and sand hitting your body on a stormy day at the beach. I have only had this a couple of months and the handle has SEVERAL leaks in it. I don't know what happened to quality over quanity but this is definitely NOT quality built. I sent a message to the "contact us" on their website (customer service) and I have heard nothing but crickets! Which means they don't stand behind the quality of their product. I don't recommend anyone else wasting money on this product. If we don't demand better as a consumer, we will never receive better. I am no longer supporting companies that scam customers with false claims! These companies generally treat their employees terribly in addition to scamming their customer. Corporate America DOES NOT have the power they believe they have. Everyone needs to step up, demand better, and don't support them if they don't. There are WAY more of us than them.

I think the sale pitch did not make it clear that the hose did not come with the shower head and had to order off Amazon. I think there should be warning not to turn the water off on the shower head instead of the faucet because pressure will build up in the line and burst.

It doesn't have a hose it's hard to take a bath holding switching from one hand to another. Other companies put one in, you guys charge extra for it

I would say it is a decent showerhead, but nothing like the claims made in their advertisements. The pressure isn't nearly as strong as they make it look. If you hold the showerhead close to your body, it is good but farther away it starts to feel like mist and had no pressure at all. Even when it is up close, it is a needle-like spray and not super nice. I don't have much hair so it didn't bother me that much, but my wife hated it and refused to use it anymore after one week, so we went to Lowe's and bought a different one. Can't recommend this, sorry.

I just purchased two ion drops shower heads and right before it let my payment process it took me to an alert message telling me to buy extra filters and save 80%. The deal was buy like 36 filters for 171.00 and I would be saving like 2hundred and something dollars. Anyway something told me to just check somewhere else online and I happen to find the same exact filter on Walmart website for $9.99. Go figure!!! If that's not ot shity and bad business then idk what it.
