I purchased shower head but didn't fit my shower. I am still waiting for refund whi h if it comes, it is only 40%of purchase price. Then they take another $30 for filter subscription i didn't sign up for. Customer service sucks!

I was very disappointed with the shower head. We have a well and I was hoping (from the ad) that it would improve the shower pressure and provide an extra “layer” of filtering. My partner and I agreed that the original shower head we were using before it was far better. When I wanted to make use of the money back guarantee, I was informed that because I had used it, return was not possible. (I am not sure how anyone is supposed to try it out for 90 days without installing and using it!) My money was not returned, then after a couple of weeks, I received another charge for a new filter, which I never subscribed to. I have had no assistance from customer service and would not recommend this company.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! This looks like a great deal, but there is a huge scam involved!!! These filters are automatically sold as a subscription and cost $30 each!!! You must actively in-click a tiny little box that says you do not want to create a filter subscription!!! I didn’t even click pay for this product to begin with! Somehow the payment went through and even through PayPal they managed to hold my info for a subscription!! The product itself is mediocre. Nothing special. What I thought I was getting for under $100 ended up costing me over $300…all without my actual approval! Customer service was obviously no help, claiming once the order went through it was all sales final! Be very careful when buying!!!

Nozzles began spraying in different directions. Very unpleasant. No customer service phone number. Email results in no contact. Only received request for order number and receipt which doesn't exist after several months and no order number since it was purchased fom Walmart not online. Early impression good but not 200% better ss advertised. Long term impression, don't bother wasting your money.

total scam !!!! Buyer beware !!! there is no shower pressure and they will attempt to keep billing you. Let's not talk about a required new filter every month..

Sending out filters at $55.00 as an automatuc delivery when I would never sign up for automatic delivery. Never again. Tried to get a return address, but no reply to my request. I have been told they have cancelled any future orders.

I'm reasonably happy with the shower heads, but I only ordered 2, and Drivse sent me 5. I've read that many customers cite issues with refunds, and also that Drivse's website is often confusing. I don't understand how 5 items were ordered - I certainly don't need 5 shower heads. Drivse indicated that they would not extend a refund because it was past the 30-day deadline. I reminded them that I had contacted them when I first received the 5 items, but that apparently makes no difference to them. I have told Drivse that I cannot recommend their company.
