Positive and Negative
The additional pressure was the first thing my family noted and loved. The other factors, skin, hair impreovements will be forthcoming (hopefully). My only concern is that the quality of the couplings (to the hose and to the water cource) were somewhat inferior and, even with plumber's tape, they continue to show some leakage. Otherwise, this would have been a 5!
