Responses to my concerns were quick. The explanations given were easy to understand , and every support person showed concern and were sincere. Each one was respectful to my needs The product itself is light weight, but still has incredible water pressure. This Was to me an excellent purchase. I look forward to my daily showers.

I ordered 2 shower heads and can't wait to see if they work as well as advertised. I had one issue when ordering the filters but John was very quick to respond and resolve the issue that I had. I appreciate the professionalism that he had and look forward to using this product and hope that it helps my family with our hair and skin issues we have had due to the bad water that's in our system. Once again John was very helpful in resolving my issue and I would recommend others to try this product.
