I have not received my order

I purchased two and neither have the water pressure that they advertise. I also was charged for 12 extra filters which I did not want. Wanted to see if I liked the shower heads first. Of course the company is based in China, that they never divulged till after you make your purchase, trying to get a refund. But we know how that will go.

This was not my first purchase of high pressure shower heads. I previously purchased a different brand that had beads in the handle to ionize and soften the water. Within less than a year, we started having issues with the spray coming out at random angles and just spraying all over the place. When seeing this one from Drivse online, they looked like a better option and an upgrade. Alas!!! To our dismay, as soon as we installed them, they were immediately spraying in random patterns. The three settings for spray types only work on one of the settings, which is the middle one. The second option sprays such a fine mist that part of it can’t be felt, while the other part feels like a water jet machine cutting patterns into your skin. The third option, which seemed to be the softer version utilizing the larger holes, doesn’t even work properly because the fine mist nozzles are just leaking water out and dropping all over the place like a broken faucet. Overall, very poor quality and I would not purchase again. And, I bought the THREE PACK!! 😱🥴🤯 (guess I’m the sucker!)

this shower head arm does not fit in any regular shower head handler. and it doesn't fit in the one's advertised in the ad that I bought it off either.

did not like and came to late to give as a gift

Ordered 2 at the same time, one came and I love it. The shower pressure is amazing and it left. My hair feeling soft rather than frizzy. However, the second Shower head was broken and missing an o ring when we attached it, it was spraying water from the bottom and the center button, which turns the water off and on. I had to return it . 50% is not a passing grade.

The pressure was not as strong as I’m used to.

I still haven’t received my parcel. I also was charged a lot more than you said.
