filter housing isn't strong enough. Mine cracked.

The water pressure is better than most. The base of the shower that screws in to the filter housing is plastic and not very strong. The whole thing is plastic but it should be stronger where it screws into the filter housing. Mine cracked. With the shower head they also had a large package of replacement filters for the shower head. I did not want the filters. Apparently in the fine print they could sign me up without my knowing to a monthly subscription for these filters. The filters look very cheap and probably cost less than 5 cents but they charged me $39.99 us. If I hadn't paid through PayPal I wouldn't even know that these charges were going through. When I bought the shower head there was no option to buy a monthly subscription for these filters and I had no idea that they were going to charge me on a monthly basis for these filters. PayPal sent me an email showing me the charge so I was able to easily cancel through PayPal and receive a refund. Very shady business practices.

Not very durable
I like the pressure from the item. However, I’ve only had it installed for 3 weeks and it cracked and now sprays water everywhere. The materials are cheap and don’t last. For the price, I expected better quality

Connecting problems
I am having a hard time connecting the device to the hose connector. Any suggestions how to solve this. Maybe I should get a new hose connector. Please advise.

Have not installed it yet
Have not installed it yet. Reason: there is only one way I can install it. There are no provided adapters. I have to Home Depot to figure it out. I have 3 and six filters. Seems adjusting it will require sacrifice.

I haven't been able to use these. I purchased 2 and didn't realize that the hose was not included. I didn't read the add well enough.

Trying to purchase was difficult
Trying to purchase was difficult. You kept adding other items until you couldn't figure out what you were buying. I've since wanted to buy some plumbing attachments, but couldn't get to those products without repurchasing the items I already have.
