I can’t believe you’d sell a “handheld” shower head and charge for the hose attachment. The price you offer for the hose attachment is ridiculous. Everything was extra with this product. I will not be recommending this anytime

You need to include some teflon tape for installing the hose. Mine still leaks and sprays water where it joins the shower pipe coming out of the wall.

Never received! You overcharged me for other accessories and your C/S rep refused to fix all incorrect charges on the same morning I placed the orders. Claimed were already shipped when wasn’t even 24 hrs of being placed. When I checked shipping it showed none of the items were shipped until 12/07/25! You false advertise and lye! I want my money back!

From what I've been reading. I've had a slightly better experience with this product but please don't buy this. I've had it less than a year. I went to change the filter today and it wouldn't open. The shower head came off instead, and the gasket was broken. I'll be out searching for a new one tomorrow.

The replacement filters I ordered are too long for the unit. when I looked this up online the answer was to cut them down. I had to cut off 1/3 of the filter. Now I have to replace these expensive filters more often. Had the unit for about a year. Happy with the shower head but wouldn't purchase again.

I am very disappointed in this product. I bought 3 showerheads, and have not been able to hook mine up because I need a different hose. I gave the other 2 as gifts, My friends have NOT noticed any change in their skin and hair. I was not aware I would be charged every month for new filters either. A total waste of my money.
