Waiting that long for an order, then finding out the delivery could not be completed because the apartment number was missing, would be incredibly frustrating, especially when you expected clearer communication from us throughout the process. Here’s what I’d like to do to make this right: We will process a full refund for your order today, and you will not need to return anything or pay any additional fees. That’s it.
