Great product, but not clear enough on the fact that you automatically subscribe to a monthly order of filters. Fortunately Customer Service (Paul) was able to help me with that problem.

My skin and hair noticed an immediate improvement. The only downfall is that I have to change the filter about every 20-25 days because everyone wants to use my shower! Wished the filter/housing was bigger to last longer.

The shower is almost painful even on the lower setting. It is like getting hit by needles. Also, $56 for 2 filters is really ridiculous for something that is mostly made out of cotton.

I love the showerhead...the price for the filter replacments are high but I adjusted that for 12 months because I already gotten 12 along with my purchase...Support was quick to reply and give sulations to my questions...
