Hi Brandon​, Thank you for sending the video — it was very helpful.  From what we can see, the leak appears to be coming from the hose connector not being fully sealed to the shower handle. This can often be resolved with a few quick steps: • Check the washer/seal: Ensure the rubber washer inside the connector is seated properly and not damaged or misaligned.      • Re‑attach carefully: Disconnect the hose, then reconnect it to the shower handle, tightening securely by hand. Avoid over‑tightening, which can cause cracks.      • Inspect the threads: Make sure the threads on both the hose and handle are clean and not cross‑threaded.      • Test with water flow: After re‑attaching, run water to confirm if the connection holds without leaking.      If the leak continues after these steps, please let us know and send another short video so we can advise further.
