I was initially very frustrated that I kept on receiving the filters month after month but then realised that I missed on of the tick boxes and should have been more videlant whilst ordering. As soon as I wrote to Drivse to cancel the subscription, they immediately responded and cancelled my subscription, within the hour. I was impressed.

My shower head had a malfunction after about 6 months of use. I didn't expect a replacement since i was aware of the warranty period. What I did not expect was how they went out of their way to please a customer. I received quick responses to my inquiries and was blown away by their resolution. All I can say is that speaking for my wife and myself...these guys are good and they made a cusatomer for life.

I love the pressure. You guys made it cost efficient and affordable to enjoy a great shower experience. I’m sure I have bought 3 or4. over the past few years. It is a an awesome product. What I really like about Diverse is the ability to rinse all of the soap residue from your wash cloth, and the shower walls and of course your body. You really feel much cleaner than with your conventional shower heads. Thank you for a clean experience and an easy to replace filter. Gregory K.

The water in South Australia is particularly hard from calcium carbonate levels in the water. The water is also heavily chlorinated. Since using your filters my skin and hair have improved greatly. No more smell of chlorine either. Great Product.

This is my second showerhead that I have purchased from your company, and while the old filters are larger than these new ones and the head is made of plastic rather than metal, I feel the flow of water is better and I hope the quality persists.
