So far it’s not functioning as advertised. One of the reason why i purchased it, is because of the low pressure water supply we when showering and the Iondrop video said it doesn’t matter how low your pressure water is you will get a high pressure from Iondrop and i am not getting that.

I have not recived the shower heads yet. I ended up getting double and triple of everything and spent $488

When I ordered 3 shower heads, the site led me to believe that I needed to order the hose kits. When I received my order, it came with the hose kits. Now I have 3 hose kits I don't need. I'll have to go through the hassle of sending them back. Also the shower head bracket places the shower head too high. Other than that we like the pressure it produces.

the head does not bend, so if yoir shower area is not that long it will just hit the wall behind you

This was a mistake. Shower head is cheap but the filters are outrageously expensive for what they are and last less than a week before clogging and losing water pressure. Now I’m sure I’ll start receiving messages trying to sell filters. And just buying the kit was torture, requiring the customer to watch some random video trying to sell other stuff.

You pretty much coerced me to buy the shower hose piece - which wasn’t needed as your shower head fitted my existing hose. The power of the shower head almost hurts the skin. So no, not happy

The shower is not as good as I expected. Flow is moderate not real strong as advertise. They set me up on filter replacenebt which I did not request. The first order delivered and they set it in front of the garage door instead of on the porch. Driver was too lazy to walk. It snowed and my wife ran over the filters pulling out of the garage. I contacted GOFO to file a claim and they wanted me to pay to actually file the claim. Also, there is no customer service phone number to contact to cancel filter replacement. I emailed support@drivse and have not heard back. All marketing, no support! Be cautious!

Website is deceiving. You don't find out that the hose and mounting bracket do not come with it until after it's ordered and then you can't cancel the order. Signed me up for filter refills that I did not order. Shower head is made of very thin and cheap plastic. I ended up putting it in the guest shower because I didn't like the constant mist, that can't be turned off.
