This is a very dishonest company
This is a very dishonest company, all they are doing is reaping people of their hard earn money. I purchased 3 units without the option of getting monthly filters. They forced the monthly (3 filters) twice and charged me $74.96 2 times! For filters I didn’t authorize and a filter I wouldn’t pay $1.00. By the way, the filters were supposed to be $10.00 each and they are billing $74.96 for 3 I contacted my bank (Chase) and Pay Pal and none did anything for me. I contacted the thieves and they claimed that I had a subscription, which I could cancel and that I have 30 days to return any past shipments. I’m going to fight this as much possible, not only because I want my money back, but I’m trying to help others from making the mistake I did by buying this junk. Also, if you do your research, you’ll find people posting test and results that show how the water basically comes how the same, no difference on the chlorine levels. I hope this helps
