The body of the showerhead had a hairline crack where it leaked. I had to tape it up to stop the leak spray.

Shower heads work great for a time. Filter clogged extremely fast so water was down to a trickle in a matter of 4 showers. Tried customer service over a month and the responses were at first generic. Now all but none existent. They provide no help and the return warranty is false. They do not honor it.

Ijust upgraded from last year's model. I am very pleased with the product. However, when I ordered this time the deal said buy 6/ get 6 filters. I added that to my cart and then the website glitched and kept going back to add more filters screen. I had to add another 6 on to my order before I could check out which should have equalled buy 12/get 12. I only got a total of 12 filters for $120! That's ridiculous! I got 12 filters last year for$20. The shower head isn't worth all that. I tried posting this on Drivse website, but it wouldn't accept my review. Not surprised.

The shower head fitted perfectly. However, it did nothing to improve the water flow pressure. I was not interested in the filters.

Your delivery of my order was extremely slow and you started sending me all sorts of solicitation emails daily right away. I ordered 3 shower heads, 12 additional filters, and 3 hose kits. The hoses need to be longer (at least a foot), as they are way too short and the showerhead holder really could be re-engineered so it doesn't have the showerhead point at such a high angle.

Automatic sign up for monthly filter program at $60 for 2 filters That's outrageous they sold me 12 filters for $60. They could not Automatically sign up customers. And explain how expensive it is to join this program

The filtered shower head we purchased does not perform as advertised. Despite claims of high water pressure, the water flow was extremely weak during our week long use. Removing the filter only slightly improve the pressure, but it still did not compare to our inexpensive showerhead from target which provides stronger pressure and multiple adjustable setting. Because the product was advertised as effective, we purchased two shower headsets, along with a large supply of extra replacement filters, expecting long-term use. However, due to the poor performance showerhead are no longer being used, which makes the additional filter completely unusable and a ways. As the product failed to meet the expectations set by its advertising, we are requesting a full refund for the shower head surprised and the unused filter.
