The shower head doesn’t flow evenly, it squirts all over the place in different directions. I contacted someone to ask for a replacement or a refund. I have not received any response. I have changed the filter and it still sprays unevenly. I would appreciate if someone would get back to me. Thank you Teri Jecmen

Good product, until you don't want to buy more filters. I mentioned it AND canceled by email, they answered fine. Then a month after I received an email as per filter is on the way. I replied the moment I received the email, they say it's too late for shipment but ok we cancel the "subscription".....They charged me full, 52$ish for ONE FILTER!!!!!!!!! I tried to reach them, no answer since then...

You advertised powerful flow, was not as strong as I was expecting. Filter restricts flow so much it feels like soft water.

The shower head arrived. It said it had great pressure, but it didn't have any messaging or firm pressure. I'm not happy with it. I need to send it back.

Did not come with 1/2female to female 90degree fitting to install.had to go to hardware store to buy.

I can't seem to be able to screw it in to the wall pipe, so I have not been able to use it. I am very frustrated and would rather return the whole package. Sorry

The shower head is great I like it a lot, but be careful somewhere when checking out you can get roped into a subscription for a monthly paper filter that costs as much as the shower head cost originally actually take filter out and it works better! I’m still unsure if I’ve had subscription cancelled or not customer service I can’t get a response guess I’ll know if they try and steal another $40 bucks

Your handheld are no different than any other handheld showerhead. I would love to know the real reason why the ion filters arrive two months after you get the actual handheld showerhead? And honestly, once I did receive the ion filters in, made no difference at all and I just will continue using the affordability one off Amazon.
