I bought the Drivse Ion Drops shower head (3 actually) in Dec 2025 (along with a package of their filters). I just noticed (Oct 2026) that there is rust around the inside edge of the shower head. I’m 75 and have never had a shower head rust!! I do like the water pressure it offers as it allows a lower flow of water but with the higher pressure. Regarding the cartridge filters, you don’t have to keep buying them from Drivse as there are knockoffs on Amazon for very cheap and they work. For anyone who has changed the filter and then got sprayed sideways from where you joined the base back on, it’s because you lost an almost transparent silicone ring that goes just inside. I didn’t realize that ring was even there and just caught a glimpse of it just about to go down the drain. Once that was placed in again, everything worked. However, you do have to have everything very tightly screwed together and then it’s hell to try to get it apart (especially if you have hard water issues). I would never buy this product again.

Updated Review on 9/24/26 Prior to this review, I unsubscribed from the subscription under my account. I hope this works. The showerhead was Heaven until it stopped working properly. It still works, but not with the same strength and I can no longer pause it. It continuously runs. The other thing is I was subscribed to get monthly filters. I don't recall subscribing to this...$40.00. I wish it was still working properly.

The fact that you don't provide the hose and holder, for your hand held shower head, at no extra cost is repulsive and inexcusable... I have yet to be able to even try it out due to the fact that the hose i already have decided to split and leak the day I received your product and installed it the first time... I almost cancelled my order when I discovered the blatant up selling for items that should be included in the original order... If the product does not perform exactly as advertised, I will definitely be returning it as your replacement filters are also overpriced...

It doesn't really have the power I was expecting. I ended up putting my previous shower head back on. Also, there has been no change to my skin as a result of using this shower head.

Bought 2 heads less than a year ago. They work great and as advertised. What they don't tell you s that manufacturing quality and the physical quality of the actual device is sub-standard... at least in my opinion. The side of the devive split so that water was spraying everywhere. Sure they provide a 50% discount on a replacement but if the quality was better, this wouldn't be an issue. I just keep waiting for the split in the second one! And wondering if I won't be going through the same thing with this one in a few months. .

I purchased 3 shower heads. I have only installed one. It was easy to install but the shut off doesn't work. It has no effect on the water flow. I will try the other shower heads to see if they have that issue. I planned to use them at a different location.

I am very satisfied with the shower head, however what led me to the purchase was the failure of my current hand-held shower head hose. It wasn't until the end of the purchasing process that I found out the hose wasn't included like almost every other handheld showerhead I've ever seen.

Well now that you ask: I don't like the pressure, it is too intense, the hose is too short needs to be a couple of feet longer because I have a big shower and my partner and I need more hose. Why do you sale the Holder and hose separate form the unit itself, no other product on the market sale their shower heads separate. I have learned a very good lesson DON'T buy on your phone.
