Does not come with the supplies needed to hang the showerhead. That equipment cost an additional $50. They automatically set you up for a filter replacement program without your knowledge.

As I say your customer support is great. But no really happy with the prices. I pay a lot of money for something that is getting bad quickly. Can you help me with that. Shower head liking.!

I ordered one and scrolled down and added filters to my order but it never confirmed my order. That guy just kept talking Yakety yak, same thing over and over. I hung up. I have been fooled like that before and ended up paying for double orders.

The shower head really only has 2 settings, the 3rd one barely reaching your body. The one I use has both the inner and outer holes spraying water. I do wish that the spigot holes were larger. I find when showering that it feels like needles hitting your body, rather than a relaxing shower. More like a water scrub when you need something removed. Bottom line: Wish there were more settings with larger holes providing water.

If I could get this company zero Stars I would. In the first place I tried to order the product and it just kept spinning and spinning and spinning And the order process was never complete on my end! Lo and behold I get a charge and the order went through. I contacted them. Told them what happened. They told me I could send it back and it would be my responsibility to pay for it to be sent back and tracked. So I decided to keep the $39.99 shower head. A month later I get another charge for $39.98 for a filter that they alleged that I had signed up for at the time of purchase. However, the purchase ever went through on my end, but of course it did on theirs. Must be their tactic on how they scam people! Now they want me to return the product to China and there will be a 10% fee deducted. Are you flipping kidding me... I'm contacting the better Business bureau and the Wisconsin State attorney general's office in regards to this fraudulent business! Update 8/9/26 So I emailed again per their request after my initial review. Of course nothing changed. They're still offering me a partial refund of $9.99... what a joke. Nobody cares about the fact that I was guaranteed I would not receive any further charges after the showerhead charge. What crappy customer service!!! Update: After my first updated review, they finally agreed to refund me for the filter. Even though I'm thankful that they finally refunded me, the whole ordeal left a bad taste in my mouth and I probably won't ever order from them again.

I'm not satisfied with the sink faucet filters. How do i return them for a refund?

I have been trying to cancel my subscription with your company and your countinuing to charge my card for another three months my are you I used my shower head for three weeks before it literally cracked at two different places.

It has been 12 days since I place my large order and I still have not received it. Order #DS72012564 Order #DS71974064 Order #DS71973664 When these finally arrive, I will return them (unopened) and expect full refund. I decided that I do not want to purchase filters frequently, since they have to be replaced so often. Marsha Hendricks
