This is an excellent company. I recommend them to anybody. We had a little issue on a recurring subscription that I didn’t see and they took care of it. They canceled it and if I need any further assistance from them, they are more than happy to help I give this Company two thumbs up and if you decide to buy their product, please do so it’s a good product and their customer service is excellent. I had an issue. They responded and resolved it quickly. A lot of other more companies can learn from them. Trust me sincerely Richard Miller.

I e-mailed a picture attachment to Customer Support of a faulty shower holder I had ordered which came with a hole in it, along with the receipt of the order I had made. I got a response e-mail from someone named Ruthie within 10 minutes of me sending the pic about replacing the faulty part. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the issue was dealt with especially as it was over the weekend

. . .i had made several purchases of the Drives ION Shower Head units. With this many order numbers I found it hard to keep track of them all. I wrote to their customer support group. For some reason I kept hearing back from Ton. HE IS THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT PERSON ANY COMPANY WANTS ON THEIR TEAM. Ton broke down all my orders,, in details for each, the dollar value, and expected delivery dates. He has been a real pkeasure to work with. His efficiency is a m azibg. And his attention to details.
