Shower cracked apart only a few months of usage. Was great until it no longer worked. Do not buy, it’s not worth your money. They don’t allow for bad reviews on their website which is a red flag. They don’t tell you how long the product should last or give you any kind of warranty. Satisfaction guarantee but it lasts 30 days. So my satisfaction is only guaranteed for 30 days of usage. Total scam, cheap material, do not recommend.

I ordered the Turbo shower shower head, and 36 turbo filter replacements. I was told the filters would last a month or two. When I opened the sealed envelope the filters came in, I find little filters about half of the size and circumference as the one that came in the shower head! I contact them, and “they regret to inform me that they are the wrong size filters and can’t give me a refund” but they give me a 20% code instead! They will send the wrong ones again, as when you check the box for any shower head they show a photo of nothing but those little filters! I also don’t see any other shower head that the sell that even looks like it takes these filters! The water pressure isn’t all that great either! If a company has to rip people off to make a repeat sale, they aren’t a trustworthy company!

Poor quality, water leaks intermittently every press of the button for the different settings, the aeration makes hot water colder. Return policy states that it should not be used. You won’t know until you test the item, then you cannot return it anymore.

PLEASE NOTE! WARNING!!! Do NOT get Scammed! People, be careful and note their tricky, sneaky, deceitful advertising. They state one thing in the ad and then refer you to their “Refund Terms” which contradict what they “promise” you in the ad. No money back guarantee if not satisfied in their terms for refunds which is requested to be read before contemplating a return. Terms for refunds state that the product must be in new and unused condition in original packaging. So how can you even determine if the product will live up to their (empty) claims. Also, in the terms it states that they Do NOT Guarantee satisfaction of the product. In their exact words: “We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in service will be corrected.” Go online (and disregard the fake “reviews” in their ads) and look at all the ACTUAL reviews and see just how AWFUL they are. DO NOT BUY!!!

My shower head is now leaking and flooding my bathroom. it spraying water from every connection and button on it. Why would you make it of cheap plastic.? I put washers in every threaded connection I can access! Still spraying water everywhere. The plastic is not cracked or damaged in any way. Plumbing cannot withstand water if it's made of brittle plastic. I cannot see any damage at all just leaks like mad. I am a firefighter. I know how to make water flow with no leaks. I know about connection and fittings. I have tried because I want it to work. :( It's such a shame. Because idk how but my hair and skin is amazing. It actually does what it says for your hair 100%. It only it didn't pressure wash my entire bathroom every time I shower

DO NOT BUY!!!! I paid $80 for the showerhead and the connecting hose and it did not hang in my shower. I went to Home Depot trying to find a bracket to hold the head and couldn’t. I reached out to them and they told me if I wanted a full refund, had to ship it to Portugal, when it came from California! Then they offered me half off and I accepted that but they never gave me the refund of the half off so I paid $80 for something that I cannot use customer service total Fraud!

Filter shower head arrived Box was crushed to the point I won’t trust it would even work. Tried emailing support & nobody has reached out.

Cheap plastic item! Charge a SMALL FORTUNE for this flimsy plastic piece of Chinese junk! Requested information on how to return for a refund; NO RESPONSE AVOID THIS “SWITCH AND BAIT” item!!! Nothing but headaches!!! I had a PROFESSIONAL PLUMBER INSTALL THIS INFERIORLY MADE PLASTIC PRODUCT. I showed the plumber the product you displayed online - and he laughed!! This product does NOT PERFORM as advertised! It appears they have a METAL shower device for the video - not a flimsy PLASTIC ONE that was delivered to me. It did NOT perform as shown in the video showing the “fantastic” power of the shower head. The plumber looked at how it was made, how it performed, and replaced it with a metal shower head that has a warranty. Again, what they present in the video does NOT show in the product which I received! I was disappointed with the inferior way it made; the poor performance and in the inability to return this inferior product. Extremely disappointed!
