DO NOT BUY. I would give zero stars if I could. Agree with other review - how will you know if it works well without hooking it up? They say Satisfaction Guaranteed or money back - but small print says you have to return it in original unused condition so????? The one I bought (with colored fan on the back side) is a plastic piece of junk from China. Total cheap junk. It's all super lightweight cheap plastic. AND it does not come with a hand held hose. You have to buy that extra - at a hardware store??? Finally, purchased a hose and hooked it up and the water pressure is BS. I don't know if it will be worth it to anyone if I donate the 3 heads I bought to Goodwill or if I should just save someone else the misery and disappointment and throw them out. My husband said throw them out:( If you like throwing out money, then buy these heads. Oh, and I also found out after buying them, that if I did want to return them, I would have to return them to Spain!

We ordered an Iondrops filtered showerhead from this company, and after trying it for several days, we were disappointed with the lack of increased water, pressure, and the overall use of the showerhead. We requested a refund and found that we had to pay, at the very cheapest, $197 to ship it back to Portugal! We feel their 60-day moneyback warranty/guarantee was deceptive in that they have no mailing address within the United States to return it. Obviously we cannot afford to spend $197 in shipping costs to obtain a $39.99 refund! I will never purchase anything from this company again!

We were excited to receive this showerhead after hearing the advertisements for it. We received it in an acceptable amount of time, but the showerheads performance was subpar at best. Not worth the hype or even close. We immediately put our Water Pik back on. Tried to request a refund and went back and forth on email before they finally advised they do not have a return policy unless there is damage or missing parts. Make sure you read the return policy before you buy.

Drivse is a TOTAL SCAM. They said they attempted delivery, but security cameras that record 24/7 shows no attempts were made the timeframe they indicated in their emails. They have NO customer service and no speaks English, no managers or supervisors to speak to either. I have reported Drivse/Piggyship to the FBI/FTC CyberCrime Unit for criminal prosecution. My advise is to stay far, far away from this company, before you get SCAMMED as well.

Customer service is run by a bunch of folks that do not have a clue about customer service. I have been trying to get a replacement part for some time and all I get is a b.s. run around. And as for their customer guaranteed, well that is a crock too.

1. I ordered 3 shower decises and ordered another 3 by mistake. I cancelled right away but it was too late as customer service is slow to reply. 2. To return the items you have to pay for the shipment. Website says try risk free but clearly not. Total scam It needs filters to do something but it comes with 0 replacements of the filters. So after 3 month use it becomes a normal shower device. Extremely overpriced. Wont be ordering again very disappointed. Obivously I did not notice any difference on my hair slin to other brands I've tried before so any cheap device on amazon will do the same for $8

Don't purchase. They won't honor their 100% money back guarantee. Even though their website says they will. They only offered me 15% back or a store credit. Said because I hooked it and up and tried it, they won't issue me a refund. 1) Your website says to try it in your satisfaction guarantee. 2) How is anyone going to know if it works as advertised or they are satisfied with it if they can't try it before returning? Being in the customer service business myself, I can say YOU FAILED MISERABLY. Also, it only adds air to your shower meaning you aren't getting any increase in water pressure, just a bunch of air mixed in with it. Which makes the water feel colder and you have to use all your hot water to take a normal shower. And--It's made of cheap plastic. Even the piece that hooks up to your shower head plumbing is cheap plastic. Purchase at your own risk! Because according to their customer service dept, they aren't responsible for anything. Oh, yeah--it took over 3 weeks to arrive.

This thing is a cheap piece of crap. The threaded collar that tightens onto your shower outlet is ROUND and smooth, as in not hex-shaped and cannot be tightened enough by hand to make a proper seal unless you wanna wrench down on it with something that has teeth and a rag over the fitting. The other half of that same piece has a ball-socket style fitting so that you can aim the shower head but the problem is that the collar that tightens down here is entirely plastic, so another spot that leaks when up against average water pressure since it can’t be tightened enough. DO NOT BUY. On paper it sounds good but the execution in the product is cheap as hell!
