horrible product being sold by a horrible china co ,if you want to return because its defective and doesnt work and is not reverse osmosis, then you have to pay to ship the garbage back to china do not buy this product

If there would be a negative rating scale they would get a minus 5 stars from me. Multiple things are wrong with this company: To begin with, the products arrived late - everything is shipped from China. I had ordered the Turbo Shower head, the shower hose and holder, and 12 filter replacements. After arrival, I tested the product for 10 minutes, and it turned out that the shower head does not work well in our shower. The shower head ended up being mounted too high using our standard shower head water outlet. The result was a mist like water trickle and cold water even on the hottest water setting. I requested a return of all products for a full refund. Several days later, I received an email that did not appear to come from Drives but either another company or a support person called Criceleu (Support) asking for a picture. After informing this person / company that a photo does not provide any additional information they proceeded to tell me that they do not offer full refunds for “used products” and the maximum they could offer was a 15% refund. I responded that any reputable company would provide a full refund. I have not heard back from them since, and I’m now sitting on over $150 worth of useless products. I can only recommend to use extreme caution before ordering any product from them.

I will be quite honest in that I know nothing about the actual product itself because I've never received them. On November 27th 2024 I responded to an ad and ordered three shower heads for $75 but as I was checking out I realized that the filters were going to bump up the cost significantly. I am retired on a fixed income and decided this was just not something in the budget right now so I immediately canceled and I have been dealing with the company ever since. Not only did I not get the shower heads which is fine because I did cancel but I have yet to receive my $75 refund. I know it does not seem like a lot of money but it is to me and I just keep getting emails saying they have gathered all the information and I will be getting my refund and as of today I have not yet received it but I did get another email saying they're apologizing for the high volume of responses they are dealing with and will be sending my refund. Do not deal with this company! They are not honorable and at the very least very poorly managed. As I said, I know nothing about the product but everything else has been super negative for me. This company is full of shit, they advertise the product in a way to catch your eye which they did, product came wasn't impressed at all poor quality, water pressure wasn't the best so I returned my moen head back on,was gone try refunding it but after seeing these complaints I'll chalk my 40.00 as a lost threw that shit in the trash,I'm not on her to sugarcoat shit I'm mad ad he'll about wasting my money so hell yeah soon they gone feel the rath, don't play with my money that's like playing with my money and I'm not going,I'm gone dig dig dig until I get a phone number I called the BBF better business beaura on them hopefully they get somewhere, being in another country means nothing to me anyone thinking on buying this piece of shit dont

The showerheads and filters arrived, but I was disappointed with the quality of the material. After installing them as instructed, they began to leak. I reached out to the company for assistance and was informed that I would have to cover the shipping costs. To my surprise, they quoted me $300 for shipping! Now, I’m left with two faulty showerheads and a year's supply of filters. I would advise avoiding this product at all costs!

STAY AWAY! The shower head is like pins on your skin, no control over it. Returns and refund are nonexistent. Typical HIT AND RUN artists! They will not respond to your complaints. STAY AWAY!!!

Their cheap pieces of crap.

100% SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANY DRIVSE SHOWERHEAD. You will get zero refund from their shonky, 'responsive' but ineffective, crap customer service and at best - they'll just replace their faulty products (two in a row broke, both started spraying side bursts of water through hairline crscks wuthin weeks or receiving and hardly using them) with more versions of their crap, rubbish products - that all break within no time. I complained and asked for my money back within weeks of the first showerhead leaking everywhere and instead, DRIVSE just IGNORED this request and sent me another showerhead. It took another few months for the second showerhead to also start spraying side bursts of water from hairline crscks, just like the first - and when I told them, they said they couldn't help me as I was out of 90 day warrantee - even tho J originally complained within it and they refused to refund me then. They are horrible scanners - what a waste if USD$107 (bought 2 showerheads - they sent another, so guessing the thirds I still have will end up landfill too within no time). The bedf the offered me after all this debacle was 60% off on any new crap product I wanted. NO thanks. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND, JUST OVERPRICED CRAP PRODUCTS THAT BREAK QUICKLY. I WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO OR EVEN -10 IF I COULD DISGUSTING. WHAT SCAMMERS.
