I just received my drivse handheld shower put it on the hose and connected to waterline already had a filter inside turned water on And it Leaked From the shower head tryed some Teflon plumbing tape and still leaks .. I don't know what Else to do and it brand new shower bathroom brand new had a rain head and handheld before that worked great no leaks at all . Today is Saturday so have to wait till Monday to call company drivse. From other reviews this company is not good doesn't stand behind there refund policy I got a $100 invested I can't afford to just throw that money away . Danger Danger Danger!!! Well 1st off right outta the box I realized it won't fit either of my existing shower head mounts, so that's a DUD right outta the box. Oh yeah they won't refund you your money if you don't like their product you're just stuck with it. $75 worth of useless plastic shower heads. They got me and many others, don't let em get you too....

Its a rip off. The shower head pressure is simply violent and the pressure it creates is painful! Its cheap plastic and I did NOT order their filters but got charged $39.95 for 12 filter when I ordered only 6 for $6.00 or less. "Prove it" when it was all done on their site - I can't but stay away from these people. They do not give refunds if you don't like the product. Order it on Amazon and get a refund via Amazon. MY bad for being a fool and dealing with these people.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - DO NOT. RETURNS & REFUNDS ARE NONEXISTENT. THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO E-MAILS. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.

I purchased Drivse shower heads (3units). The good- the shower force is great! The bad- it is entirely made out of cheap plastic. The shower head in my master shower, broke within 45 days where it cracked from one end and started leaking. The Drivse customer service refuses to replace the unit, refund my money or even replace the broken part. I would advise everyone to stay away from purchasing from l this manufacture. They DO NOT care about their customers and worse is, it is made out of cheap plastic! Stay away!

The quality of the product was ridiculously bad. One look and we knew we wouldn't want the product. When we attempted to return it. They claimed that they only guarantee the shipment arrived safely. If you received their cheap-ass shower head and it wasn't broken then you couldn't return it. This is not a money back guarantee. This is a scam. Even if it was damaged, you have to ship it to Portugal. Of course no one will get a refund. I suggest that you dispute the charges because of fraudulent sale.

Please people do not order this product. It is not worth the time and effort. The company will not refund your money and the ad is very, very, very misleading, I ordered this showerhead. I cancelled 4 minutes after ordering. They give a 24 hour window to cancel. The company still processed the order. A German showerhead shipped from china. Buyer beware. I work hard for my money and this company scams. Don’t ORDER.
