This company does not allow returns on their products. I purchased 3 shower heads, had to return them , sent the returns unopened to address on package, the day after receiving them. Sent an email to Drivse , letting them know about the return. Received an email stating the warehouse for Drivse is in Portugal! So my return is lost, however was offered a 30% discount for return. Surprise! How generous. Be advised do not use Drivse!

Horrible customer service. I did not receive tracking info, did not receive my full order. I contacted them the day my package arrived saying part of my order was missing. They replied several times to send pictures of the issue/problem. I sent them my order number, my receipt number and all info that was missing from my order. Over 5 emails back and forth and they still don't know/understand. When I went to the Drivse website today, what I ordered and paid for over 3 weeks ago has dropped from what they charged me 72 dollars to was 50 dollars now 25 dollars. So not only did they over charge me they didn't fulfill my order with the 72 dollar item.

Absolutely the worst product ever. The hose sprays everywhere because obviously it is so cheaply made it has pin holes in. Contacted support 3 times with no response. Guess I have to dispute the charges with my cc company. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY

Buyer beware! The last email I sent: JA, I mentioned about writing this off as a loss for it does not fit my needs. You sent me an email stating you would give me 15% back for my order. Is this adding insult to loss? I paid $169.95 for 2 Turbo showers; 1 cord; and a 3 year supply for refills and you want to give me 15 % of that which would be $25.50? So instead of me losing $169.95 I would only lose $145.45. Wow! That's good math for the business. I am a very disappointed customer. You can keep the generous 15% and add that to the profit of me. I also noticed you obliged yourself to a $7 tip. That's confusing. This is a hard lesson learned. Might as well keep the $7 tip too. I will pray you develop better business practices.

SCAM. Do not buy

RIP OFF, SCAM, FRAUD, DO NOT LOSE YOUR MONEY!! This company is a scam. Say they send confirmation email, they don't. Say they send tracking#, they don't. Package was sent back said wrong address. Same address as billing, they got money if address was wrong credit card would not go through. They want to charge me again for shipping. Told them keep package return money. They are refusing. Wrong response on their part. BUYER BEWARE!!!

The worst shower head and customer service……after buying one and a year worth of filter, I received it and installed it, turned it on and got sprayed in the face by 3 or 4 spray heads that shoot straight to the right. Took videos and sent to support and was told there is nothing wrong with it. Can’t return it, can’t use it and they are doing nothing

Thanks to Trustpilot and it's reviews. You just saved me money. I will not be buying this junk.
