DO NOT waste your money. I never processed my order and they still sent it to me. To get a refund you have to pay for international shipping, which costs about the same as your refund. This is such a scam!!!!!

Ordered online, took three weeks to deliver. Upon installation found the control button leaked and the shower spray was erratic. Later found their policy is no refunds after it has been installed. How can I use a broken shower head and how do I know its broken without installing the shower head??? asked for a refund by email, but no response

This is a scam company. Do not shop here or spend your money. It costs three hundred dollars to return the product, and they pass that on to the customer or offer you twenty percent of your purchase item. I've been fighting with this company for 3 weeks, for a return label for a canceled order. They chose to ship anyway. They refused. To own their error!!! Leaving it up to me to spend $300 to return their cheap a** products. This is a scam company.Do not I repeat, do not shop here

ordered a month ago still no product tried to cancel within a day and no response have sent over 10 emails with nothing but excuses. told me they would give me extra filters free if i did not cancel still have not recieved anything

Took forever before it arrived from China, guess I received a defective one because it sprayed in all directions and made a mess, very cheap product for my money and now I'm stuck with a dozen filters, wish I'd read the reviews before buying...stay far away from this product is my advise.

I am rating your customer service with one star. If I could have minus stars I would use that. There is no phone number that I can find to extricate the wrong filters being sent me. I paid a lot of money for your product. I wrote an email to you explaining that the filters were wrong. To this date, I haven’t even had one person to call me and send me the correct filters. I am stuck needing to change filters, but wrong ones sent me. By the looks of things, you have a lot of customers that R unhappy because you are not getting back with ppl that needs to have someone, anyone, at any hour of the day to fix giving me the wrong filters. Now, if and when you all decide to fix this, what confidence do I have that I will get more in a timely manner?

Ordered an IonDrops shower head which surprisingly showed up in 2 weeks. BUT... the shower head it self was made of cheap plastic and it did not contain the filter. I reached out to their support team, who after interrogating me as to why I wanted to return it and trying to convince me to keep it with offering up discounts on filters, they finally provided a return address. PORTUGAL?!?! (it wasn't even shipped from Portugal). This will cost me more $ to ship it back then what I actually paid for it in the first place. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR AGGRAVATION! COMPLETE BULL$4!T
